Europe’s Young Entrepreneurs 2007
Guess what? I’ve been nominated for BusinessWeek’s Europe’s Young Entrepreneurs 2007.
I was, of course, very flattered, mainly because all of the other nominees look very smart, so being included in such a list is a great honour.
Everything started with 16bugs, but what made all of this possible is Wonsys, so I feel like I’m not only representing myself, but Simone and Matteo, too.
I’ll try to keep up the good name of Italy, too.
We’re just a part of a group of very talented Italian fellas who are trying to bring some fresh air to the Italian, dare I say, very old and stagnant business world.
It’s not easy to build something in Italy when you’re in your 20s, mainly because people prefer to see a familiar and reassuring — thus old? — face than leave space for the next generation to grow, but we’re trying to change how things go, so wish us luck.
